Financial & Project Terms

• 1. Service Costs: The cost of our services depends on your requirements and project timeline. Any changes may bring additional expenses, so please share complete details upfront.
• 2. Agreement Confirmation: Accepting a quote means you agree to our policies. This agreement can be verbal, via email, through payment, or by signing a formal quote.
• 8. Refund Policy: Refunds are not offered, except in rare special cases. Once you sign up, monthly fees are non-refundable.
• 17. Hosting & Domain: Hosting and domain fees are charged separately unless clearly specified in the agreement.

Project Scope & Execution

• 3. Project Requirements: Ensure all requirements are included in the initial quote. Provide clear guidelines and information, otherwise, we will proceed based on our professional understanding.
• 4. Specific Details: Any special instructions must be communicated early to avoid additional costs.
• 5. Fixed Hours: Projects are based on fixed hours. Minor adjustments may be accommodated, but significant changes may require extra billing.
• 9. Content Submission: All website content must be provided within the first two weeks of the project to avoid unnecessary delays.
• 10. Testing: We test websites on popular browsers and devices. If you require additional testing on specific platforms, please inform us in advance.

Timelines & Delivery

• 6. Timeline Commitment: We aim to complete projects within the agreed timeframe. However, altering features may cause delays.
• 7. Client Disruptions: Delays or disruptions caused by the client may result in added costs and extended timelines.
• 12. Stalled Projects: Projects inactive for more than two months may incur administrative charges.
• 16. Unavoidable Delays: While we make every effort to meet deadlines, some delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Legal, Copyright & Licensing

• 13. Code Copyright: All project codes are protected by copyright. Ownership transfer can be arranged at an additional cost once all dues are cleared.
• 14. Code Licensing: Tech Expressers retains copyright ownership of all codes. A license for exclusive use is included as part of the hosting fee.
• 15. Third-Party Elements: We cannot control issues related to third-party tools, plugins, or integrations. The client is responsible for keeping them updated.

Communication & Technicals

• 11. Network Issues: Extra hours caused by network problems on non-Tech Expressers servers will be billed separately.
• 18. Primary Communication: Email is our official mode of communication. Clients must keep their email addresses updated.
